Centering Youth Voice in the Adaptation of an mHealth Intervention for Young Adults With HIV in South Texas, United States: Human-Centered Design Approach

Inclusion criteria required members to be 18- to 29-year-old and living with HIV in San Antonio, Texas. Stakeholders from 6 regional HIV treatment centers were also recruited for the formative evaluation phase. PL4 Y began with the creation of a YAB consisting of 18‐ to 29-year-old people living with HIV in South Texas [1,19]. As described previously by Chidester et al [1], the YAB’s structure and format evolved in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and feedback from YAB members.
